The BBB does not handle malpractice complaints against attorneys. The State Bar of Texas has grievance committees that handle these types of complaints. The BBB will handle complaints that are solely billing dispute issues. Please be aware that since the BBB does not accept malpractice complaints, our complaint history will only reflect complaints that relate only to billing disputes.
