            After waiting almost a month without our fridge they came out to put in the replacement part on 8/24/2023. While replacing it, they did welding without proper ventilation, causing the CO2 to leak in my home. I was home alone with my two month old when all of the CO detectors started to go off hour after they left. I called *** and they had a ventilate my house for over hour in 100 degree weather making my home 90+ degrees. They said it was from the work they did behind the fridge. The levels were highest in my children’s rooms upstairs and they said had the alarm not gone off it would’ve stayed in my home while my kids went to sleep. My two month old need to be seen at the hospital. After all of that happened. My fridge still isn’t fixed. I have three kids at home. Terrible experience. Had I could do anything with my gas stove or put my kids to sleep it could’ve been a very terrible situation. The customer service was terrible.

            ********* extended warranty uses this company to comply with warranty requests. This company, ASI Appliance, lies and claims to fix the problem then quickly leaves. They've come to our house three times for the same issue; each time they claimed to fix it but did not.
