Refund and Exchange PolicyMasterminds of Appliances, LLC Limited Service Warranty: under this warranty, Masterminds of Appliances will be referred to as "we" and "us" and the customer will be referred to as "you". If any repair service for which there was a charge fails within ninety, 90, days from date of completion, we will provide the parts necessary to correct and repair previously performed free of charge. In order to sustain warranty, unit must not have any new defects from what was originally reported. If the service was provided on a product used for commercial or rental purposes, this warranty applies for only thirty, 30, days from date of completion. Unit must not have any new defects from what was originally reported. We are not responsible for any water damage, food spoilage, or any inconvenience due to time allotted for replacement parts and/or scheduling of appointments. We are not responsible for any pre-existing conditions found on unit or surrounding areas of unit which includes scratches, dents, cosmetic flaws, missing parts, custom built cabinets, floors, or broken glass. This also applies to gaskets and seals that are worn, broken, or torn. All sealed system parts including but not limited to evaporators, compressors, and heat exchangers, and suction pipes, condenser coils, and drier filters, and any moving sealed system part or connecting tubing cannot be returned therefore no refunds will be given for any repairs that include these parts. All sealed system repairs are not guaranteed to repair both internal metering restriction and refrigerant leaks. For built in units, or units that are not accessible to be repaired, you must have an installer chosen by you to make unit accessible. We will not be responsible for units that are non accessible and you may be charged for an extra trip made by the technician assigned to you. Parts and/or service furnace under a product warranty or service under this warranty are covered only during the term of product warranty or service product. To obtain parts or service under this warranty, simply contact us. If your warranty claim is denied by the warranty provider, you will be responsible for the total balance that is due less any amounts you may have already paid for this repair. All cancelled part orders are subject to a restocking fee of up to twenty-five percent of total price of parts. All return checks are subjected to a processing fee of thirty-five dollars in addition along with the original amount.
