Complaint: Under written agreement the house was purchase by his company or should I say so called purchased, the payments or made late each month which goes on my credit account. It was suppose to be completed in a timely matter now over seven years, also an agreement of $3000 was to be distributed to me which I have yet to see. Try to contact seems a little difficult in fact almost impossilbe. This company might have have started out good but Mr. **** ****** I think might be a swindler ( this is just my personal opion). I see they have several complaints so maybe with a little insight we might see what he is up too.
Desired Settlement: I would like THBN to relinquish the home back to me, plus the $3000 dollars which was promised and never seen.
BBB's Final Determination: Business failed to respond to the BBB to resolve or address the complaint issues.
