Complaint: Ordered a custom pool table from the Billiard Factory in ******** ****. The pool table was delivered to my home in **** ****. A custom name plate was to be installed on the pool table, as per the order. The name plate has yet to be seen. After several request and phone calls to the billiard factory, nobody seems interested in returning my calls. They came highly recommended by a friend of mine ***** *****, and its sad that his recommendation meant so little to them. This was a custom pool table, and it still has an empty spot at the end of the table where the name plate should go. I have personally called their location on 6 different times and never gotten a phone call back.. Their favorite line seems to be "Let me call you right back". It may seem like a trivial issues, but it was important to my family and to me.

Desired Settlement: I would like for them to get the nameplate that says as stated in the order, and come install it!

We have informed the customer the Manufacturer will *** the item on Tuesday, ********. We have advised the customer that we will contact them once the item is received to schedule the installation at their convenience.
