I have to express my disappointment in this place. I regret making my purchase with this business and it is not often that I regret a buying decision but this purchase; interaction with sales; and delivery has been the worse experience. I made my purchase on June 14, 2021. One day later, I made a change to the purchase. I was giving the delivery date of July 21, 2021 – 45 days later. I did not complain until the delivery date. The wrong trees delivered. Two of the three trees had to go back. Surprisingly, one of the two missing trees was delivered on 7/22/21. After several calls and emails to inquire about the third tree, there was no response from Moon Valley. I had to physically go back to the store on 7/24/21 and inquire about the third tree. There was no urgency to accommodate the mishap on their end. I was giving a THIRD delivery date of Saturday, 8/7/21 and I was offered a $200.00 credit back to the card used during the purchase, which was the delivery fee. Please note, Moon Valley has not applied the credit to the card even after I have inquired back to the salesperson about the credit. I called Moon Valley on 8/7/21 to inquiry about the delivery time of the third tree. I was informed there were no drivers working deliveries. I was giving a FOURTH delivery date of 8/9/21. Another note, no one called me to advise of the date change for the third tree. I had to initiate the call to Moon Valley. Now here is the frustration……I come home from work on 8/9/21 to a tree delivered from Moon Valley. The tree is smaller and cheaper than the tree I chose. I lost it. At this point, I can suck this up as an over price purchase and a good lesson learned. I will not suggest, refer or give Moon Valley any positive marks. This is ridiculous and a bad purchase. Never again.
