Complaint: We contacted CAPS through *********** to give us a quote for sprinkler system. They gave us an ********* quote, at which stage we asked them for a separate quote to stop the water leakage. Their work was incomplete so we had to bring them back the next day, by which time water was pouring under our house. The same ********** who promised us to "warranty" his job asked my wife for more money and when she refused to pay him for finishing the job he ********** her and started ******** in *******. When I called his ****, he did not even let me ****** a sentence without ************ and**** out told me they are **** with us.

Dear Sir:

I have responded to this complaint * weeks ago. This person for some reason has nothing else to do but complain. He signed off on the work and afterward wanted me to do some **** work for him. I told him it would cost extra. That is how it is done in this country. He didn't like my response and at that point proceeeded to make his check for $** *********. Please if you contact this "consumer" PLEASE have him to ***** call me or any licensed ********* in the future. We charge for our service here in the ****** ******. In the past ** years I have had only *** ligitimate complaints and we were able to completely satisfy the customers. When  a person cannot be pleased, no matter what, I DO NOT WANT THEIR *********
