Complaint: ****** ************* installed a Cummings Onan backup generator at my home. Unfortunately, he neglected to quote essential add-ons when the contract was signed and I had to ask for them separately. Fortunately for ******, that meant they were more expensive. For example, he quoted me $1000 to install a Cat5 cable from the generator to my house -30 feet. When I recommended that the cable be installed along a different, more accessible path path, the quote dropped by about 60% but he has not come out to do the work since the beginning of October, almost four months now. His email is available if you need it.My concern is the maintenance contract that I signed. If he runs his business like this, I'm afraid I have serious reservations.

Desired Settlement: I want the cable installed soon. I may ask for the maintenance money refunded.
