Complaint: Complaint Type: customer Service Issues
Description of Complaint: **** crew refinished my front door. To do so they removed the front door bell and disconnected the wires. Later I discovered they had broken one of the wires so that it was of insufficient length to make the reconnection. They left the wires pushed back into the receptacle, replaced the door bell and cover and reported the job complete. Obviously, had I known this I would not have paid for the work w/o repair of the bell. All this has been provided in detail and In writing to **** with a request that he pay only the service call charge (copy of invoice provided) of $*** for the electrician to make the repair

Desired Outcome Description: Payment of the

$*** electrician service charge.

Assuming I receive the reimbursement that is promised by Mr. ***** in your msg, I consider this complaint satisfactorily resolved and thank you for your help.

 

 

Business Response: After careful and diligent research I have come to the conclusion that my company was at fault for the doorbell issue. We will be giving Mr ******* a full refund of all expenses incurred for the repair.
