Complaint: I bought a package of 3 "super clean" cleanings for my home. I read online other customers had their wood floors scratched i asked when booking my appointment they assured me the floors would not be scratched & said 3 people would clean our house &bring a checklist that is also online https://www.iancleaningservices.com/residential/super_clean and clean all the things listed. they did not bring the list nor clean over half of the things on the list, My floors endured deep scratches, I caught one of the staff going through my cabinets and pouring a harsh chemical into her steam cleaner, i confronted her and she denied it and the other lady apologized and poured it down the drain. i then inquired about a stain in my shower they informed me they tried everything even bleach which they shouldn't have used! i complained to the office they apologized profusely and assured me it would never happen again i told them i wanted a different team next time. the next time they sent 1 person (rather than 3) and it was the same lady from last time i told them i didn't want her there & she was sent home. the 3rd time they assured me it would be a different team and no issues. Well during this cleaning the same lady showed up with 2 others. they told me they can only clean 1 bedroom my living room and 2 bathrooms and thats all they did the entire time they were argued with the manager the whole time on the phone. i called them several times and the receptionist said the manager would call me she never did and the staff just left. I paid for my entire house to have the 'super clean' package and did not get that. they argued with me the whole time saying the package only required one room to be clean that they were not green anymore they yelled and were extremely rude. THE MANAGER NEVER CALLED ME BACK. i called over 10 times and i never spoke to her nor received a call from her all i received was an apology from the receptionist

Desired Settlement: I'd like a refund for the 3 super cleans i purchased, an apology and compensation for the wood floors.
