            I Took my car for check engine light and vibrating car. told advisor what it could be since it was checked out at third party places ( **** ****, etc) trusted it will be fixed at dealership. HUGE MISTAKE.. Took car in 11/2022, they fixed the wrong part, took my money. picked car up less than 9 days later still same problem and oil smell . asked for expert mechanic to do work.was not done. Brought it back FOUR more times12/2022, 12/2022, 1/2023 with (same issue). General manager NEVER returned any calls and service manager ignore calls have prove of all the post its on my file to resolve this issue. THEY MISdiagnosed the original problem and it is STILL PRESENT. VERY CROOKED AND FRADULANT PRACTICES .

            I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Ron Craft Chevrolet and was promised that the car had been serviced and there were no problems with it. I was also told there was no warranty I could purchase through the dealership. It turned out there were a lot of problems with the vehicle and I could have purchased a warranty through the dealership. Luckily I had purchased an outside warranty. When I contacted the director of the pre-owned vehicles (Ron) he was rude and offered no help after I was promised the vehicle had no existing problems. So I was misinformed by their sales man about the warranty and lied to about the vehicle and the director, Ron, I was a jaw-dropping rude individual that is definitely holding the wrong position. Do not buy from this dealership. You will get screwed over.
