Complaint: On 7/**/2012 I purchased a **** 4 ton AC unit, 16 SEER, with a extended Warranty, system was installed on 8/**/2012 , the following week the system went down which I tried to contact Budget AC, all numbers provided were not working, I contacted ***** ******* Monday morning, his excuse was they were in the process of changing phone systems, I met him the following week and their diagnosis was the system was over charged and why the compressor blew a breaker, On 5/**/2013 The unit went out again and I tried to contact Budget AC, again the phones were disconnected . Monday I contacted ****** for ******* Phone number, I contacted ***** and he stated he did not work for Budget, he was going to contact someone to service my unit, and never called back, I contacted **** and they stated there was a 30 day labor warranty which expired. I contacted ***** again with no results.I contacted another AC company on arrival I was notified the condenser was a 4 ton 14.5 SEER unit, and not a 16 SEER unit, the system was under-charged and required 7 pounds of Freon for a total of 409.00, ***** stated he was not responsible, I contacted **** and they stated they were not responsible due to a installation error and the installing company was responsible for the charges
Desired Settlement: A refund of charges I incurred due to an instalation error in their part.**** stated Budget was at fault regarding the contract due to incorrect paper work
