They are physically, emotionally and economically abusive with their power thats given to them by HPDs towing contract. I received attitude from the first contact conversation I had with the women of this office. The rudeness continued when I arrived to All Island towing companies impound/junkyards office to pay for and pick up my towed vehicle! They required CASH only. They do provide an ATM in their office, which requires a fee to take out cash. I pups like to know who is receiving these monies from the fee? If it belongs to *****************, this isnt fair by no means. This procedure is shady to me. Why does a business who has a state contract not providing any other payment methods? As my interaction with the women of this office proceeded the relationship went downhill fast. I made a comment about the woman who waited on me, for vaping on the job while serving customers must be a nice job. After that the woman became more hostile and another woman joined the conversation and it didnt add anything but more hostility towards myself. They then handed back my cash of $183.00 and say d I wasnt getting my car back because I was rude. As she was passing back my moneyand proceeded to shut her window. I was so confused I reopened the window and then all h*** broke loose. She proceeded to ahut the window on my arm. I refused to move my arm because they had my property and I had the cash. The second women came out of the office and be an attacking, slamming my arm repeatedly, I knocked over paperwork while she was abusing me and she threatened to beat my a** and grab my wallet and threw it on the ground. I have never been treated so unprofessionally as I did that day. This company needs a state inspection because of my experience and many more which I found on line leaving a many number of different complaints. My car was also damaged during their towing of my vehicle.
