Read Complaint Details
Complaint: My husband and I spent two weeks in Kihei during Christmas 2015 and New Years 2016. Aloha Concierge had an office at the place we were staying in Kihei and we used their services to book a number of excursions. One such trip was to the Big Island and included a helicopter ride as well as an all day tour. The helicopter portion of this tour was cancelled and we were told a refund would be provided. Upon arriving home from our vacation I checked, re-checked, and double checked our **** statement for this refund. On January 24th I begin inquiring and was told it was up to Aloha Concierge to provide the refund. I emailed them twice, used the contact us form on their website and also left two messages via phone. It is now March 12th and I have heard nothing ... no refund and no explanation. This is not a company I would suggest others use.
Desired Settlement: I expect Aloha Concierge has been refunded for this portion of the trip by ********* ***** and I expect that refund to come to me, after all it was my payment in the first place. Unfortunately I don't know what the amount of the refund was although I expect it was $400 to $500.
Please know that Aloha Concierge contacted me today and refunded the amount owed to me. Thank you for your help in this matter.
