Our car was taken in for servicing and oil change on 01/04/2024. The Salesperson was MKO, Invoice #*******. She was very friendly and efficient! All employees were friendly. They acknowledged us with a smile and inquired if we were okay and if someone was already helping **. This was our second visit to *************************** and we have already mentioned to our friends and family how impressed we are with the service and care. Great customer **********************!

Had a great experience at Lex Brodies Queen *** My 3 year old battery struggled to start my car after work today so I gave them a call. Service guy said they close at 6 so they might not have time to see me, but to come if I like chance em. I said I would. Arrived after 4:30 and was greeted warmly. This agent spent some time scrolling and typing so I thought maybe they didnt have my battery in stock. Ultimately he says the batterys going to be covered under warranty. Apparently a mistake had been made when I purchased the battery and I shouldnt have been charged then. So he honored that previous warranty today! So honest, yeah? And I wouldnt have known any better, but this agent felt the need to make it right. And they were able to give me a new battery at the end of their work day, which made my life so much less complicated. Mahalos plenty, Lex Brodies! There was a mix up with a phone call the day before with ****. ****** checked my car in the next morning and fit me into the schedule. She was honest about the situation and about the length of time that it would take. ******* called me throughout the day with updates. I got my brakes, oil and alignment done. I appreciate the mechanic for taking care of my car and to the staff that were very professional and polite. In my situation, I couldve complained but whats the sense. You should always prepare yourself for a long wait time whenever and wherever you get your car serviced. In response to your reply.No, no, no! No need to speak to ****. He was very polite and helpful over the phone. It was refreshing to talk to someone who was so nice. ******************************************* location never disappoints. I had a s**** in my tire that caused my tire to go flat. Walked in to have it repaired and they were very busy but because we've patronized this location before we are familiar with their professionalism and excellent service in getting the work done and done right! ****** was my service advisor, he was great! He was very nice and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. I was told I needed services at the dealer that I didnt need. ****************** greeted and checked me in when I arrived. I was upset due to really bad service and damage to the body of my car after just having it picked up from a Terrible dealer service center.. ****** was patient with me, he listened and asked questions to understand and get a clear understanding of the issues I was having with the car. He reviewed the process and assured me they would do their assessment and get back to me very soon. Some may think thats wha they are supposed to do , and yes, thats true However, ITS REALLY HARD TO FIND GOOD CUSTOMER ********************** NOW A DAYS..
