We are writing this formal complaint against ********. Firstly, this contract was sold because we were promised a great vacation giveaway, that we could come stay once a year. We attended a presentation (in return to get money off an excursion on the island) and in return were misguided in what we were really doing. These ladies were saleswomen and knew exactly how to mislead and betray us into selling us a place on paper. It's like defrauding you for your signature. We felt like we were getting a deal quite different from what was presented to us. Maintenance fees were pd and gone over, with the assumption they would never change. The taxes etc were not clear; they hardly went over that. Secondly, financially it is impossible to afford the property. We can not make our payment here. We have fallen behind on everyday bills, which make it impossible to continue paying high maintenance fees for a resort. We have experienced drought in ********** and have caused us financial troubles. The expenses have been tremendous but keeping our farm takes top priority.With that being said, we need to be released from a timeshare contract immediately! We will never be able to pay you.
