Complaint: When I changed my mind about using Tax Relief Services, they decided to refuse to refund the $950.00 I had paid them. Paid $950.00 and they are refusing to refund it since I decide to go with someone else.

Business Response: Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2014/02/03) */ We have tried to contact Mr. *******, to provide us with details about his claimed payment to us. Our records show that Mr. ******* is not a client of ours and that we have not taken any money from him. We would have an engagement letter or provide a receipt when ever we receive any money for a client. We are located in Honolulu, HI and Mr. ******* is located in *********, KS. As far as I know we have no clients in the state of Kansas.
BBB's Final Determination: Business offered a resolution. Consumer did not pursue further with BBB and the matter was assumed to be resolved
