Problems with Product/Service

Complaint: Agent failed to follow proper protocol in service and to respond in a timely manner to my calls. In addition, agent has not returned the money. Agent has repeatedly failed to return my calls, meet me at the appointed time, and given many excuses for not giving me an itemized bill, or money. The refund check of $6000 bounced, and now again, I am having problems getting my money back. Agent has used people that are not certified to do work, and has given the person the house/security key to enter my home without prior permission or notification. Poor quality service and work has resulted in my mother and I living in substandard living condition(concrete floors with dust and sand, and only one working toilet with no seat etc.) for over three months. Agent has repeatedly promise to show up at the meeting time, but failed to come most of the time. I attempted to get a refund for almost two months, and after finally receiving a check for $6000, the check comes back with insufficient funds. And, again, I am trying to get the money, but agent has given many excuses for not meeting me at the bank.
Desired Settlement: I demand the $6000 immediately so that my account could be released. It has been on hold for the last week, and I need to access my account. In addition to the $6000, I am requesting an additional $1000 for the fees and stress this has caused me and my 90 year old mother.
Consumer Response: I have finally received the refund of $6000.00 in cash, today 9-24-14.
