            Rented unit 1 bedroom 5th floor unit 582 Initial ****** deposit 8/18/22 9/9/22 final payment ******* total ******* (9/10/22 ****** parking)According to the website there is a couch and rug, A/C and Dishwasher. The A/C was set on 80+ degrees and there was no ability to change. Dishwasher not working. The dish rack provided is rusted and not healthy to use. On 10/11/22 the maintenance man came by with a hairdryer, batteries for the remote and also to spray for roaches.Reported by text on 10/10 I learned that the maintenance man could not fix and it was replaced on 10/13/22. I was told that we would be compensated for the inconvenience of sleeping in a room that was 83 degrees. I asked each day by text and finally on Friday as it is the last business day of our stay. No responses to any of my text for how to expect compensation. A fair resolution is a refund $600.00 Thank you for your assistance ***************************

            I booked a vacation rental through them, they cancelled my booking and are now advertising the same place for the same dates at triple the price.

            **** booked a reservation for one of our properties on Airbnb for a year from now, but Airbnb had a temporary glitch on it's platform which allowed **** to book it for a month and a half at $2,881 instead of our actual rate of $7,420! That's s $4,539 difference!! After going back and forth with Airbnb they finally took responsibility for the mistake and Airbnb cancelled all 58 reservations that were affected by the glitch on their website. As soon as we were aware we nicely explained all this to ****, but she decided to leave this review saying we were to blame. Airbnb made the mistake and Airbnb cancelled them... not us. If you see another person leaving a similar review they are one of those 58 people Airbnb messed **, in turn hurting our valuable reputation. Aloha
