Complaint: This complaint is against ******.He was verbally abusive,and his language disgusting for a business. Today is August 28,2014.I've gone into The Pill Box to pick up a refill on a prescription.I told the older woman ...(I did not get her name)that i was here to pick up a refill for a prescription she went to back and told ******. ****** came out and says this a special order prescription that i need to call it in early.I told ****** i called in the prescription on Monday August 25 and she told me it would be ready on Wednesday or Thursday...but i went on Friday August 28 to pick it up.****** started yelling and said well i did not get the refill,and i said who do i need to speak with when i call in a prescription you guys should of had this already.Then he said do you need the (*******) medication or not and i said yes and he said get the **** out of here you ****.The only reason i said yes to getting the medication is i am house sitting someones cat and the cat needs this medication and there is no one else who has it.The refill cost of this prescription is not cheap either .It's $300 for one refill.He treated me like i was getting it for free.Another reason i think he treated me that way was because i look like i am a young local kid with a shaved head.Little does who know i am 40 years old and he has no right to speak to me or any one else like that.His abusive verbal language was inappropriate.I was shocked and appalled that he would speak to any customer that way.I told a friend about what happened and he said there service is horrible and they treat people that way.Thank you and hope we can resolve this situation. ****** *******

Desired Settlement: I am looking for an apology.He has no right speaking to a paying customer that way.His verbal and and abusive language was not necessary.
