To whom it may concern,On Jan 2nd I paid 01/02/2024 I paid $1747.57 for a ring, as this was a large transaction I decided to pay for signed tracking. This is the shipping method I paid for ****************************** Confirmation (approx. 4-5 business days)The ring was delayed in the making of it so when they claimed it was delivered I was out of the state. I have attached proof that I was in ********* at the time that they claim the ring was delivered. I never got it.The delivery shows that it was left with ******************* - if that is who I think it is, that was a YOUNG minor child who was at the house that day. A young minor is not able to sign for anything and the package was paid to have me sign for it. We have asked this child and they have no recollection of this and said they never got it.As I never got the ring and I did not, nor did any other adult sign for it, I am disputing the transition.I tried to contact the vendor about this but they said it was not their issue and that for them to help I would have to file a police report against the minor. This is not my responsibility as I never got the item and can prove that I was not there nor did I sign for my item ( and again I paid for signed tracking).
