Complaint: They not only charged me for the first night twice, they took an additional $559.88 out of my account. I was only supposed to pay $323 for the two nights I was there, and they took out a total of $1018.30. These people are crooks! I want the business closed! I've read multiple reviews about how they've stolen money from customers accounts.

Desired Settlement: I want the $695.30 they owe me back and I want them closed down for good! The management should also go to jail for fraud and theft!

We did some research and the wrong cc was charged.  We did correct the error and credited the guest credit card the same day the guest checked out on 5/11/16.  The BBB was filed on 5/13/16.   We have tried contacting the guest (left a voicemail) and waiting on the return call.  We will be doing follow up calls as well to reach the guest.   We will apologize and will make the situation right and also want to explain what happened.  As of today the guest still has not returned our call.
