I am very frustrated with the process at *********** Tech/Boss Comm Tech.I was referred to your company by our residential manager for installing of an ** charging unit at Harbor Court. It has now been over a year since we have made contact with the electrician ****.Communication with **** is poor and not only that the process and desired time to install the ** charger is way overdue. This has created a lot of frustration based on his lack of communication. Moreover, had I knew this process was going to take this long with *********** Tech I would have gone with another vendor a year ago. I feel very impatient about this process as we received the permit per ****, but no response from him in regards to scheduling the actual installation. I believe the process I was put through is very unfair and it should not have taken this long to install. The matter of fact is **** does not communicate with us in a timely manner. This is very very unprofessional. He also took a long time to turn in the permit and respond to the city regards to the comments.The lack of communication is continually delaying the installation process which has now been over a year
