            Homeworks has built a new home on our property in Palolo. While they have generally done a good job with the project, they have failed to pay attention to the finer details needed to finish the job properly: 1. The interior of the home is poorly painted. There are areas where there is too much paint and other areas where there is not enough paint. Although they have tried to remedy this problem about 5 times, the problem still exists. 2. The faucets in the 3 bathrooms were installed too far back from the sink. Thus, water is constantly splashing on the countertop. Although we tried to live with this poor installation, we're at a point where we are asking for new countertops to be installed. 3. There are hairline cracks in the exterior stucco (only on the east side). The cracks need to be caulked and walls need to be redone with new stucco. 4. There is a gap between the drywall behind the stove and the floor. Rodents, bugs could enter the interior of the wall from this gap.
