Complaint: Did not receive credit for items not shipped. Regarding Order #*****. On 11/3/12 I ordered 3 items online and was told I would receive an email when items were shipped. I never received the email. On Monday, 11/9/12 (after several attempts to call merchant) I was told told order would be filled on Monday, 11/12/12 and I would rcv an email with shipping information. Again, I received no email. On 11/17/12 (again after several attempts to contact merchant) I was told items were no longer available. I asked for a credit which ***** agreed to. I also requested credit confirmation number, but she said there was none. I have not receive my credit on my credit card. I have been trying to reach Up and Riding everyday since 11/18/12 with no response. I've tried calling Up and Riding at ************ with no answer. I have left numerous voice messages and none have been returned. I have also sent numerous emails to the Up and Riding with no reply. I finally reported disspute to my credit card company and am awaiting they response. Not sure if Up and Riding is out of business or not.

Desired Settlement: I want my credit card to be credited for total amount due to not filling my order. Again, I have never received the items and was told items were no longer available.

Business Response: Consumer's Final Response /* (3000, 5, 2012/11/27) */ A credit has been posted to my credit card. My complaint of no credit has been resolved. But I never received a response from the merchant to my numerous voice messages or email. I think the merchant should improve on their customer inquires.
