Complaint: My ******** *** **** was running perfectly fine. I had my car "serviced" @ The Shop located in ***** **** ***** 1st and last time. Waiting almost 2 hours I noticed he wasn't even working on my car. He said he was waiting for a part but I don't know why that pertained to me when all I was having was an oil change. Then we finally leave I paid $89 for the service. Leaving the shop I noticed a LOUD noise that was NEVER there while driving and so i called him right away. Even though I was right there he tells me he can't check my car till next week because he was too busy. Well during that week waiting for my apt. My car was very loud, I noticed a drag while I push the gas, and also my car over heated TWICE! So as my friend (a mechanic) was helping me while I was stalled, he noticed my oil dipstick for the car was missing. He said "Whoever serviced ur car last forgot to put your dipstick back in (which will leak ur oil fast), causing u to over heat and running dry for a week ruined your thermostat." So I went back to The Shop asking them to look into that noise they caused and to get my dipstick back. They held my car for 4 days. Didn't call me, I had to go there, only to see it parked on the side. When we picked it up. They told me the thermostat is broken and there's a leak. Well I knew that already because my friend told me they caused it for not servicing my car correctly. And for something I could have fixed right then and there and prevented my car from running dry. BUT SINCE THEY HAD ME WAIT A WEEK, MY CAR IS NOW WAY WORST AND the damage COSTS MORE THAN a service I could have prevented this damage.

Desired Settlement: I just want them to fix my car. My car was running fine before their service!
