              We bought a sectional from ******** with a warranty. In the 4 years we've had it we've filed 4 different claims with two of them for the same recliner. We follow the process of filing a claim through the warranty company. After months of back and forth between ******** and the warranty company and several follow up emails and phone calls from me, ******** finally sends someone to fix it. ******** has since gotten rid of this warranty company but since I bought with them I was told I have to finish my warranty with them. Oh, "and they're not happy about it so good luck". When we filed our second claim, we ended up calling ******** who had found a replacement lid for our console. When she called to inform me she found one I replied with, when will they install it. After all, that's the reason for purchasing a warranty package. The gal was completely annoyed and said then she'll need to set up a work order. With her attitude I asked to speak to a manager. The store manager gives me a call and has the same attitude telling me the problem is with the warranty company not ******** problem. I am now on my 4th claim, called the warranty company who put me on hold to call ********. She stated that ******** said email them and they'll call me. Again, been 2 months, recliner still broken and I've heard nothing. I will never purchase or deal with a Walker's Furniture ever again.

              Walker's Furniture Management has reached out to the warranty company, Montage Furniture Protection, to ask for more information regarding this warranty claim. Walker's Furniture has no influence or decision power on how the 3rd party warranty protection company handles these claims. We can assist in providing information as requested from the insurance company but the ultimate decision is made by the warranty company. We will be working with our claims advocate to see what we can do to help assist in the resolution for this claim. The customer should be hearing directly from Montage Furniture Protection directly within the next ***** days.
