I worked with ***** and **** two years ago, and I am still a satisfied customer. The install was painless, and ****** crew was very courteous and left the work site clean. Over the years I have had to call **** on somethings that I thought were issues with the system. He responded quickly and walked me through troubleshooting the problem. Turns out I was not utilizing the system correctly. I have friends that have used other solar companies and it takes weeks for them to reply. Regarding after installation service, i learned that once basic operational details are worked out following installation, the owner of the system needs to learn how to follow up with the inverter manufacturer for any questions about system efficiency and necessary adjustments. I had not anticipated this, but now it makes complete sense after consideration. I don't expect Spectrum to deal with issues related to my privately acquire router. I do expect that any issue with equipment failure or defect within the warranty period would properly be the installer's obligation. After four months my ******************* is now $1-2 over the baseline monthly charge and I anticipate that i will be able to squeeze our that excess after learning a few more fine touches with the inverter.
