These were the worst movers we have ever experienced. The day started with only one guy showing up for packing the first day and he stayed till about 2:30, then my husband received a call and another crew was coming about 5 or 6 to pick up what was packed. They got there at almost 7 and they tried to come in and pack. We told them no it was late and they had all day. The next day they took a brand new outside table and just pulled it actoss the concrete with the protective cocer scraping the top of it. Then they put a hole in a bedroom wall downstairs and then another hole in the wall at the bottom of the stairs from missing a box. They put cardboard on my stairs and one guy stood at the top and slid all the items from upstairs down to a guy at the bottom to catch (electronics, expensive beds, expensive desks). We have already complained to the military rep and are expecting so much damage because of the way they packed and damage we saw before it was even loaded. They also left trash, cigaretye butts in my yard and a ton of nails in my driveway. Worst experience ever!!!!!!Review from Michelle M

This company should not be advertised as having a "great deal of pride in being selected to help move those who serve our country", as their website states. their movers have NO pride in their work and don't care what they do to property OR someone's belongings. Here are things that happened during the delivery and unloading of our household goods:- We told them which rooms to put boxes (we even had papers taped to the walls so they could see which number room it was) and after they left we found 10 boxes that either belonged in the garage (had tools...clearly said tools on the box) or kitchen stuff upstairs in a bedroom, or other boxes that I had told them which room and that is not where they put it. - They helped themselves to our refrigerator and ice maker. I walked into the kitchen and saw one of the movers inside my refrigerator saying "I need a place to put my soda" and another mover opening my freezer about to take out my ice box saying "our cooler outside needs ice, can I take your ice?". I told them I wish they would not just open my refrigerator and one of them answered me "it is hot and we need to take care of ourselves, it's fine." - They helped themselves to our outlets and I found multiple phones plugged into either our kitchen outlets or our bathroom outlets. I would have allowed them to, but I didn't like that they felt free range of our home and helped themselves to plugging in their devices.- The end of the first day was approaching (around 7:30 p.m.) and the movers said they were leaving and I asked "what is the plan for tomorrow" and they said "we are done and we aren't coming back". My husband pointed out that nothing was put together (beds, couches, chairs, garage shelves, patio furniture, bikes) and boxes weren't unpacked and showed them the email saying it was a two-day job. The movers got angry and put together our couches (wrong, my husband had to work a few hours to put them together the proper way) and told my husband to sign papers saying they did everything. My husband refused because the papers said they unpacked everything and put things together that were disassembled, which they did not. They stormed out, slammed our door.- We called our military move rep, as well as Aloha International Movers, the next morning and were assured a crew would be at our home to unpack and put things together.- Two men showed up and were not happy about having to unpack. I pointed out the boxes we wanted unpacked (kitchen, bedrooms, living room) and they started unpacking. - I noticed one of the movers (who was unpacking the kitchen boxes) shaking the wrapping paper until the wrapped item fell . I told him I didn't appreciate him doing that and asked if he could be more careful and he said "you wanted us to unpack you and this is how we do it"- We later saw the rooms they unpacked (we didn't watch over them all day) and noticed that boxes were clearly dumped upside down because the items on the floor were upside down and the bottom packing paper from the box was on top of the piles. This was the case in all of the rooms we asked them to unpack. We found piles of items that were dumped and not carefully unpacked and placed somewhere (floor, bed, etc). Because of this, several items were broke or cracked.- We asked the movers if they dumped boxes upside down and they first said "no", but then when we showed them, they said "yes, you wanted us to unpack you and it was getting late".- My husband called their supervisor, who called the movers while they were there but nothing changed except the supervisor making them apologize.- These men did not want to put things together and were angry about doing so and their work showed it. We had several things disassembled by the packers in Washington state that we needed to be re-assembled. The men put together a garage shelf then asked if that was it. My husband said no and pointed out the others. They put the patio table together and asked if that was it. They refused to put our bikes together because they said they couldn't find the pedals and didn't want to look for them. They also put our garage shelves together wrong and left without finishing other little shelves.- These movers also were ******* us to sign the "damage" form without filling it out. My husband said he wasn't signing it without filling out the damage we saw them cause (dropping things, breaking a desk, etc) and they were not happy. My husband filled it out anyway,- Before they left, my husband asked if they could clean up the drive-way from the mess that was made from them the previous day (there were nails and pieces of wood from the crates everywhere, we counted 10 nails in our driveway). The man said they didn't have anything to clean it up with and they didn't cause it, the other movers from yesterday did. So no one cleaned it up and my husband and I had to go out there picking up nails and their snack bag trash. This was a horrible experience getting our belongings. We were told that we could have our boxes unpacked and items put together and we were made to feel like it was a huge burden on the moving company. They didn't treat us nicely nor did they treat our items nicely. Our household items were wrapped carefully by our initial packing company (in a different state) and they made sure things were labeled so could be found on this end. It was truly disappointing to not have that care on with Aloha International Movers. The movers did not care about us or our things...AT ALL!!We will be making a damage claim but I would like to know what will be done about Aloha International not fulfilling their contract with us and now making us put furniture together that was disassembled and unpack boxes.Aloha International Moving Services, Inc Response
