The most unprofessional business 'Ever" (David K***). The guys came to my house for a total of 2 minutes. Did not provide a quote. Insisted we move our hot tub and turn it a certain way. The reason to move the hot tub was to get it within code. It must be 5 ft away from the disconnect box which we understood. The entire interaction was rude and unprofessional. I then proceeded to call another electrical company and immediately upon arriving they said it will be cheaper to move the disconnect box 5 ft. Rather than moving the hot tub and having to wire it further away. The second electrical company completed the job with no issues and we are very happy. The Hot Tub did not need to be turned that was "David K***s" lazy mans preference that he insisted we do. I had found King Electric through Home Depot Pro Referral. Afterwards Home Depot sent me a survey in which I left negative feed back. Almost immediately "David K***' is calling my phone leaving me Voicemails pretty much trying to bully me into changing my review. It doesn't end there. He then proceeds to call the county inspectors office to complain and tell them we had work done without a permit. I know nothing about pulling permits. The company I used was very willing to take care of the issue with the inspector. Glad I chose them. The very reason I hire True Professionals. The inspector also said he (David K***) was very rude and abrasive to the people in his office and called several times to complain. I would NEVER recommend these guys for any work. I would live by candlelight before I would give them a dollar. I would give them a half a star if it would allow. The only good thing they did was show up.
