    I would give this place a zero-star rating if possible. The manager exhibits extreme unprofessionalism, discrimination, ignorance, and a lack of education. Immediate attitude upon greeting, slow response to necessary tasks, and a pervasive roach infestation in the complex. Prices are arbitrarily increased, and the approval process seems deceptive. Curtis and Jordan, the managers, are the worst I've encountered, leading to a highly dissatisfying experience. Mismanagement of funds, unresponsive personal cellphone lines, and numerous vacant units due to pest issues make this place unfavorable. Avoid dealing with these problematic individuals; the office itself is also unsanitary. The manager's literacy struggles and aggressive behavior towards issues further contribute to the negative experience. Living here is an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone, as it involves belittlement and a degrading atmosphere. Also there is only one Maintenance man he’s old as dust! The work orders are very backed up! They do paper work orders that are stacked so high! If you see the maintenance man outside painting when you visit just know it’s to cover the roaches! They call the maintenance team prior to you viewing so he can start painting the door to hide the roach spray smell! I should have went with my gut these people are very evil !

    This place is very unprofessional I applied for an apartment and was told I was approved given a security deposit that I paid in full when my son went to take the prorated rent we were told they changed their mind and we could no longer move into the apartment I had already given notice to my previous landlord so had no other place to go Ridgewood told me they has already cashed my deposit check so I had to wait 10 days for them to mail the check to a apartment I no longer occupied after 10 days we still didn't receive the check and call Ridgewood and also went to the office asking for any answers but was told they are busy doing other things but they would have someone reach out to me after not hearing from anyone and running out of money for hotels I explained to Ridgewood that me and my child would be on the street that night because I has 3 days before I got paid they told me there was nothing they could do because corpate Handel's the checks and I needed to wait after waiting 3 more days I called back to be told the check was never mailed out because they didn't have the apartment number for my previous address but the property Manger said she was unable to add the apartment number she needed to reach out to corporate and would have them reach out to me or she would call me back needless to say no one has reached back out I called the yesterday 6/15/23 to ask what the status was the property manager said she was busy and had 7 people in her office and would reach out to corporate when she could I was at work and missed her call she did not leave a message so I called back 10 mins later and another young lady answered the phone and said the office is closed and she was not working on my case and she had no answers so now almost 30 days since I paid the deposit I still don't have money and they are not answering my calls today 6/16/23 I am trying to get a new place and need the 1260 for the new place
