I love hot yoga. Location is great. Instructors are nice, and most of the receptionists seem nice.However, I am having a bad experience carrying over the tickets from the previous owner. Even though it says "We are honoring classes that were purchased with the previous owner."I bought 50 tickets in 2020 which had no expiration date includingmats and towelrentals. I called in Dec 2022. The receptionist said "Yes, you still have 47 tickets left with no expiration date. But please use them as soon as possible. We don't do towel rental anymore, we charge towels and mats for $5 because of the drought."So I went in the nextday. The front desk person said, "You have to buy 10 tickets to use 10 tickets from the previous owner." I told the person who answered the phone the day before said I could still use the tickets. Another receptionist came in and said why don't we talk about thisat the end of Feb.I still have 38 left. I went on Feb 16th. The lady at the front desksaid my ticket expiredFeb15th, I can't use them anymore unless I buy 48 more tickets or become a monthly member. I asked what about ***** expirationdate and she said "the previous owner lied to you because they knew they were going to sell it."
