Complaint: Business' credit card processor charged one transaction 13 separate times. Contacted customer service by email (since there is no phone) to no avail. I attempted to add $15.00 in funds to my account balance with www.**********.com on November 18, 2013. The transaction errored out several times (different reasons given: wrong address, missing zip code, incorrect security code...although none of these were the case). Went to check my online bank account that same evening and found that I had 13 charges pending on my card for $15.00 a piece. I contacted my card services provider and was told that I should contact the business first since the charges were pending. The business does NOT have a phone number that is in working order, so I had no choice but to email them. Received one response saying that they needed additional details. Received this response on November 19 from **** ********. Provided the requested information and have not heard anything since. These pending charges are tying up funds. I attempted to contact this business by phone on November 21 and was told it was not a working phone number. The total charges STILL pending on my account are $195.00. Please help me! I've got to make it until next pay day on $30!!

Desired Settlement: I am seeking a refund of the complete amount of $195.00.
