We had a fantastic trip to **** ******, thanks to **** and ****** at MG Concierge. The itinerary was absolutely perfect for our large party of 10. They listened carefully to what we wanted and arranged every aspect of the trip, from ebikes to wineries to restaurants and everything in between. I'm sure the logistics were sometimes complicated with a large group in boutique wineries, but MG Concierge made sure everything ran flawlessly. And it was SO MUCH FUN!! This was our first trip to wine country but definitely not our last, and we will 100% use MG Concierge again!

Living on the East Coast and having never visited the *********** region prior, planning a trip there seemed overwhelming. **** and ****** helped us thread the needle on wineries, transportation, accommodations and restaurants providing a once in a lifetime experience where we truly felt there was not a misstep. After a brief survey and introductory call we were provided an itinerary which checked all boxes on our Napa Valley to-do list. All reservations were made for us on sign-off making the experience as efficient and effortless as possible.MG Concierge provided the exact level of guidance and booking efficiency we hoped for a reasonable price. **** and ****** are amazing at what they do. They are very knowledgeable about the **** region and set up an excellent itinerary for us. We had a blast and would definitely use their services/recommendations again. They got us into a handful of small vineyards that one couldnt buy from a store. Exactly what we wanted. We even had a dispute with one vineyard and they stepped in to resolve it. They made arrangements for everything- all we had to do was show up. It was excellent! Thank you **** and ******!

We used MG Concierge for a recent trip to Napa Valley. They were everything you wanted in a luxury concierge - kind and friendly, considerate of our desires, prompt in response, and reasonable in price. They went out of their way a couple of times to help us with some unforeseen circumstances on the trip. We would most definitely use them again on our next trip to Napa!

**** did a great job at scheduling our first trip to the Valley. He selected the perfect Vineyards and Wineries, and the restaurants were phenomenal. Made our whole trip very easy and exciting including a balloon ride on day one. Thanks ****, recommend highly.

Their service got back to me immediately when I contacted them about setting up a first trip to Napa Valley with my husband. They were very clear about the perimeters of their service and also the fees should I choose to use them which I really appreciated. Their service helped to take the guess work out of the planning. My husband and I have very busy schedules so going on vacation we didn't want a busy itinerarya visit to a couple of the wineries and dining at some of the top notch restaurants that the region had to offer. While so many of us outside of Napa might hear of ******************, those reservations are extremely hard to get. However, the restaurants that we ate at didn't leave us feeling like we had missed out. Our itinerary was not only special in terms of the wineries that were picked for us but it also ensured that we had an activity in each part of the Napa region to get a good sense of what the region had to offer. MG Concierge ensured that our trip was magical. We were so satisfied that we used them to book our stay in Big Sur as well due to their relationship with Hyatt! We will definitely be using them again when we go back to Napa.
