On July 25th, I rented 3 units from Storage Pro in *******, **. At the time of rental, I was charged several fees, no one explained that they added *********, fees, and different regular price for units. Adding overpriced ********* without any notice seems like bad business practice. I was charged different prices for the 3 units even though they were right next to each other. There was a sale going on that was not applied at time of rental. I vacated all 3 united with proper notice on August 31st. ** is the current manager who really does not admit to all the mistakes she made when I rented the units. She kept putting me off as she seemed to be confused. I asked for a manager, and they referred to a lady name ***** out of ********. ***** claims she is the manager and promised to get me the refunds. She made several empty promises. She does not provide an email, last name. I made at least 10 attempts to resolve this at the lowest level. They still owe me over $60 that were never returned to me. They kept promising they would and even said they had mailed it over and over. I never received the check. They want to apply credits even though I told them I would not be renting very long. I want them to refund the money they owe me to my credit card or send me a check.This was the initial email that I sent to the refund me all fees and credits. I was charged too much.July Refund for ********* - All 3 units were charged ********* which we did not elect to have. We were never told about it during our meeting on July 25th. They were just added and charged.August - $20 dollars charged for 1 unit that the other 2. I was charged too much.August All ********* cost should be refunded as we discussed.August Free month for a unit. I will double check my credit card to assure it was not charged or credit returned.
