For example, (as of 4/20/24), I rented their 5 x 6 unit for $86 / mo, with a 25% move-in special for the first 3 months, and then it would be $86 / mo until the first year ends. Then they would increase it 5-7% (depending on the market), which is very fair. They also told me about a past incident of theft that they decisively resolved. Each individual unit has security sensors, and they monitor their cameras regularly, making me feel like my belongings will be safe. I really appreciate this straight-up honesty. I know what to expect, which makes me trust them more. Contrast this to the Public Storage reviews I read on BBB, where the Public Storage website misleads you with a $41 / mo online price for a 4 x 4, and then increases those prices dramatically again and again with little warning, according to all the bad Public Storage reviews.
