    We purchased our home in March of 2015 and this roofing company installed a 30y roof on January 2015. We obtained the permit from the city of ****** and thats how we discovered this information. The roof was improperly installed specifically at a joint and we have had water entering our walls every time theres a storm. We have opened a claim with our home owners insurance company but they will not cover improper instillation work done by the roofing company. We received an estimate from contractors and we feel like it is the responsibility of this company to fix the problems associated with the scope of work done. Unfortunately we have not been able to contact the owner of this company. My husband and I have left messages and there has been no call back on their part. Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

    Tldr: Gap Factory did not ship my item to the address I selected for *** ship to store. They failed to communicate the shipping information or delivery address to me, which was different than what I selected at checkout and was emailed in my order confirmation.I was offered *** ship to store at checkout by Gap Factory. There have been a lot of package thefts in my neighborhood, so this seemed a safe option. I selected the *** store a few blocks from my house. The order confirmation came in immediately and showed the *** store address correctly. I did not receive any other communication about this order until almost 3 weeks later when Gap Factory emailed me to ask for a review of the item I ordered. I went on the website to check as I had never received the item, never gotten a tracking number, and never gotten notice from *** they had the item. The website showed it had been delivered to the *** store. I went there to ask and they had no record of this delivery. I use this *** store often and have never had an issue with them, so I knew the mistake was with Gap. I went on their website to chat with a customer service rep. I was told my item had been delivered to a random address I had never seen before. I asked how that happened and they said it was the ship to store option. I asked them why this information had never been sent to me and was given no answer. I asked them to email this new information to me. Instead, they pasted the tracking link in the chat, and then closed the chat before I could open the link. I do not know if my item is at this random address, which is a tiny convenience store. Regardless, this has been a truly unpleasant and wildly unprofessional way of handling this order from beginning to end.I will not be buying from this family of brands again.
