Van's didnt accommodate for my mother's disabilty.
My family went to Van's on 4th July. When I made the reservations, I asked for a table of six because my mother needs room for her leg. My mother can barely walk and she needs to stretch her leg. I explained this to them when I made the reservations and at the resturant. They put a table for two and table for 4 together which was fine. We sat down and ordered our drinks. After ten minutes, they asked us if the 6th person was coming. We explained the situation but they said since we only had 5 people they had to break the two tables apart so they can have an extra table for two. They put us at a table for 4 people. We had 5 people in our party so we were very crowded and my mother was uncomfortable all night. The table for two that was seperated was NEVER occupied the whole night. My family was very disappointed and my mother was in pain all night. It looks like Van's didnt care about my mother's disability and omly making a profit.

Desired Settlement
I would like an apology from them. I would like for them to understand about people having disablities.

I am very sorry for your displeasure in your seating arrangements at The Van's on the 4th of July. Please understand, this is an extremely busy night being the July 4th Holiday. I was trying to accommodate all of our guests needs and when I was made aware your party number had changed without my knowing (before seating your party) I asked to make the needed change not aware this had or would cause any difficulty. I am truly sorry to hear that you were not happy with your changed seating... This was not my intention or desire!
Please accept my sincere apologizes for not having the wonderful experience I pride-on for 40 years!
