            On Wednesday March 17th 2021 I preordered a copy of Supernatural 15 ***************** Member's Souvenir for $95.00 I was told the item would ship mid June 2021. A friend of mine ordered hers a few days after I ordered and received the book on time. I have yet to receive my order as of August 12th 2021. I have tried calling the company, left messages, filled out their contact form, and have sent messages via FB messenger. I was told the **** team is very busy and will get to me eventually. That was on July 19th. My order number was ****. I checked again today and the tracking now says the product will be shipped October 29th! I do still want this item however I don't believe it is fair that I have paid for it and not gotten the book yet! The customer service is terrible!

            Insight Editions uses some rather sneaky marketing to draw you in. Sure, they have some nice items that *** be difficult to find elsewhere but they offer discounts that are very restrictive with the details clearly not called out. Examples - currently they have a Halloween discount that is advertised as "Site Wide" yet it is not site wide and isn't available for much of their more desired items. At the bottom of their home page there is a asterisked disclaimer yet no asterisk is shown in the offer. Also, they call out a sign-up discount when you approach their web site but, again, the restrictions of the discount are veiled in small print elsewhere AFTER you sign up. It is so prevalent that they include the restrictions in their FAQ thereby acknowledging that the terms are not evident. Such sly methods make me suspect of their overall reliability and sincerity. Simply, I don't trust them and cannot recommend them to anyone.
