This property management company has been negligent in addressing major safety issues at rental properties under their care. No one in their tenant relations office is responsive to serious complaints. I moved into the ****** Street apartments on November 11, 2022. As soon I moved in I was witness to a display of poor management. There are ongoing feuds of violence between tenants, involving destruction of property, verbal and physical violence. There are countless police records. There have also been countless complaints made to the property. No actual action has ever been taken to address the lack of safety. I have made so many complaints about violence, squatting, and general poor communication with the tenant office and have gotten no assistance. Only apologies. This business should be investigated and unaccredited. The only time I have been able to get a hold of tenant relations employees was when I signed the lease. I have asked for a copy of my lease, and gave notice of my intention to vacate due to the total lack of safety, and have gotten zero communication from anyone other than a maintenance worker. There is a clear record of complaints in their portal that substantiates my complaint, if such evidence is erased it would not be surprising. A request for police records related to this building would also substantiate my complaint. I am sure the owner is also unhappy with the services this management group has provided. I want to be given proper communication to my complaints, I want proper action to be taken to the ongoing violence and fear mongering perpetuated by other tenants with NO accountability, and I want to be given a copy of my lease agreement as well as communication regarding my demand to be given the right to vacate early if I find a new place to live before the end of my lease term based on the violation of my right under **************** laws and ******** municipal laws regarding my right to the quiet enjoyment of a rental property.
