            I hired O'Grady plumbing to inspect a leaky kitchen faucet, and after inspection, I agreed to their suggested fix (installing a new faucet for $700) as long as it was done same-day. It ended up taking a total of 6 days just to replace the faucet, during which time they flooded my kitchen twice (first, when the initial install was done poorly and not checked, and second, when they returned to inspect it and turned on the water without telling anyone or turning it back off) causing major property damage, and then they charged me more then the agreed upon amount ($750). After I spent weeks calling and emailing, I received just a single email response that failed to address any of my concerns. They never returned a single phone call or worked with me in any way to address the property damage done or over billing. I agreed to pay for the hardware installed, but sought a refund (1) the overbilling, and (2) the poor service in compensation for the damage.
