            This company came out to evaluate a plumbing issue that involved my shower drain and the unit below me. I was told that the cost of the repair would be around $650-$750. I agreed to the work, two plumbers came to repair the damaged shower drain on 4/8/2022. The plumbers were there from 11AM-4PM.I received an invoice for the work that was done on this day, the invoice is dated 5/5/2022. The total for the work done was $1,245.66 The work costed double what I was quoted, so naturally I called Bonetti plumbing to clarify and get more information as to why it was so much more. I have called the plumbing company five times: on 5/15, 6/6, 6/27, 7/7, and 7/15. No one is calling me back. ****** who works there, keeps taking my number and email and telling me someone will call me back. She tells me that they are "backed up" but I've been calling for two months now. I have since received a second invoice. This is terrible business and customer service and no one should be treated this way. Please help me get the information that I need.
