              The Pet Express is a torture chamber for puppies that come from out of state puppy *****. It is inhumane that they keep these puppies in a glass cubby, no water, no food, no socialization!!! They are only open from 11:00 to 6:00 PM. How can I help to shut this horrific dog shop down??? Please call me to put me in the proper direction. Thank you for anything you can do to help??

              A seller used this service and then my nightmare began( I'm the buyer). This company requires buyer to go out and buy a gift card in the amount of the shipping costs and present prior to delivery. While they verbally assured me they would not process the charge they did within minutes of receiving the number. They then called me the next morning and told me I had to buy pet insurance for $150 before the airport would release the dog to their pet nanny. I refused stating I would get pet insurance myself only when I received the dog. They are now holding the dog hostage at theairport. They have been a nightmare from the start.. the seller just went and gave them a $50 gift card to get the 8nsurance started and they won't do it. Please help before this poor dog dies.

All of our emails end in @pet-express.com and we are not involved in shipping any puppies. We help families relocate their pets when they move overseas.This is not Pet Express and appreciate if this review can be withdrawn.
