They sent out a specialist to get rid of a rodent multiple times under their service policy, which I paid for in advance. They never solved the problem and tried to up charge me for additional services. After I canceled they tried to charge me again for a cancellation fee twice when they never fixed the problem!!! I hired another pest control company shortly after and they identified an obvious entry issue the first time out and fixed the problem the same day at a fraction of the price. While I dont usually complain, they continue to bother me. Avoid this company at all cost.

Dear *****************, We have reviewed your account and contract. As communicated with you and based on the annual contract signed, the recurring service is to cover general pest control maintenance services. With the recurring service we will continue to set traps, treat for general pest, and continue to manage the rodent issue, but if there are entry points, the issue will not completely go away and that is the reason for the recommendation to do the exclusion work. As was communicated, any exclusion work needed to prevent rodents from entering your property (ie., seal holes/gaps) is not covered under that recurring service contract and that is an additional charge. However, we did actually seal a roof junction at no additional charge on 6/24/21 and returned on 7/1 for another follow-up service at no additional charge. But there were still multiple entry points where exclusion service is needed to completely solve the ongoing rodent issue. Our technician recommended the exclusion work on 6/24 and the service manager also returned on 7/28 to further inspect and confirmed the multiple entry points. It was then that you decided you were not going to continue with our services and claimed you never signed up for recurring service; however, we do have a signed agreement and that is the reason for the 1x cancellation fee assessed on your account.
