Their services are of poor quality--we had many time-sensitive letters bounced by them. ***** (****) has refused to stop billing us when we asked due to faulty service.
Desired Settlement: To stop billing our credit card and to refund the last 3 months of charges.

Let's take a look at the facts: * You signed our contract for 1 or more of your companies for a mail service on a 12 month term which we gave you a discount for * You then turned around and said sorry I found a cheaper provider please cancel the contracts I have executed with your company ( that's just not the way business works, when you sign a contract you have committed to moving forward. There is no oh sorry I changed my mind clause! ) * You then refused to pay your bills and on 2 occassions you disputed the credit card charges we ran for the contracted services that you requested * We offered you a settlement out of your contractual agreements you are under and you declined * You then give us a negative rating with the BBB citing all kinds of untrue claims trying to bring harm to our company You'll be hearing from our attorneys over the unpaid contracts and your attempt to cause wrongful harm to Raven Office Centers with your unprofessional conduct and careless actions.
