            Nanny Connection charged me a fee of $2300 once I hired one of their nannies. This nanny suddenly quit after working for less than 2 weeks without giving notice; she simply didn't show up for work one day. As a result, we were working at home full time with no childcare for weeks. Nanny Connection tried to find more candidates, but none were a match. I successfully found a nanny through my own network, so I asked for the $2300 to be refunded. They said they do not charge a fee unless a nanny is hired. Being that the nanny quit, and I ultimately didn't hire a nanny thru their agency, I want my $2300 back. The agency claims I signed a contract, but they have failed to provide a copy. They can't find it bc I never signed anything like that. When I asked her what happens if we don't find a nanny, she said there's no fee. See in the attached, that there is nothing in her communication or invoice indicating No Refunds are given.She is penalizing me for her employee's misstep.

            I'm a single dad in need of childcare help for my two school-age children. ***** from Nanny Connection seemed like a helpful person, with glowing reviews of her nanny candidates. However she took advantage of me, charging me a huge fee of $5,310 to find me a nanny charging $40/hr. This is way above normal.The nanny did not live up to expectations, only working 1/3 of the scheduled shifts, leaving me without childcare for many weeks, so I let her go and asked Nanny Connection for a refund, but they refused to give me my money back. Similar to the other review here on BBB, Nanny Connection was evasive, avoiding replying to me, claiming they never refund fees, accusing me with false information, and doing nothing to resolve this amicably. I'm quite disappointed with this business. I hope I can find a way to get my money back.
