Greetings: I recently purchased a mattress from Matthews's Mattress (located on ***************). Recently, I contacted the store requesting a replacement. I was told first by a salesperson named ****, that the mattress was still under warranty and they would replace it. He also informed me that the warehouse located at **** ***************** in ******** would contact me to arrange a date for the replacement. When the warehouse did not call me, I called and spoke to them. I was told that the process included an inspection (to be conducted at my home) scheduled for February 24,2023 and a new mattress could be delivered within a SIX WEEK time frame. The mattress is still under warranty. I would like your assistance in speeding up this time frame. Presently, I cannot use the mattress. And, six weeks is actually a month and a half. I would like your assistance in resolving this as soon as possible. I might add that **** told me that perhaps the best thing to do is to upgrade to another mattress. Please assist me in getting the mattress replaced ASAP.
