I have been working in customer service over 20 years with experience in various venue types, from restaurants to retail, pharmacies and photo shops, massage and healing practices, and even had been managing my own business, was up and running successfully for more than 5 years before I shut down temporarily during COVID restrictions. In all of my time working as a shopper, I have had MAYBE 5 reports rejected for mistakes "not following guidelines", and have nearly always been given one opportunity to fix any errors - some companies work with you until the report is usable, because they want everyone to be successful. This company denied one if my shops without giving me reason why, and is refusing to pay me for any of the reports I submitted that were previously approved, as well as denying me access to all of my own work. A DAY AFTER I TOLD THEM I WAS GOING TO REPORT THEM TO BBB, HE CALLED ME UP SCREAMING IN MY EAR calling me names and all but cussing, that I was a terrible shopper who is uneducated and inattentive, that I should just give up shopping and go back to doing whatever I used to do because i I'll never get hired as a shopper ever again after he files his complaints about me. He promised me he would ensure that I never get another opportunity to work as a mystery shopper. Now he is blatantly lying about me in commentary and shopper ratings that is preventing me from gaining access to new opportunities with other commands. They are attempting to *** me because when one of their employees verbally abused me over the phone and is trying to lie, saying I recorded the call after I told him I had another person listening to his abuse after putting him on speaker phone so I would have witnesses.Two days later, he finally wrote down a brief explanation for the rejection, but I still have not received a written explanation as to what I ACTUALLY DID WRONG, because what he said I did, I DID NOT DO.
