Complaint: Order something from Travelsmith.com. Have been receiving unwanted catalogs since November. Called each month to stop and still continues. I've called numberous time to have these catalogs stopped and they still continue to come. They have a horrible collection and are extremely pricey and will never order here again. This has been going on since Oct/Nov. Travelsmith has also sold my name to other companies which I totally resent.
Desired Settlement: I'd like to have a stop put to this trash being delivered to my home.

Complaint: Dear Sir/Madam,On 9/16/14 I search the internet for a red Anorak and I found what I thought a great deal Travel Smith was swelling a red Anorak for about $34.00 dollars. Without thinking it twice, I order the Anorak. Several days later I received what turned to be a black liner for anoraks. I based my purchase based on the picture shown on the ad. In no time they were showing a single Anorak linear.I called the company and I was told that I was wrong and That was not what I had ordered. Well, stupid me. I returned the item and received a refund in $30.11. I wrote and called requesting an explanation. As it turn out, I did not get the item in the picture. I also had to pay for delivery and I was not refunded my taxes.
