Date of transaction: December 1st & December 14th I contacted GoPetClub on the 22nd of November for replacement Sisals/Posts for one of their Cat Trees that I own. I was then thrown into a discussion with customer support member: *********. After several emails, ********* expressed the only way to order replacement parts was to send money to their specific email address, send the exact money she told me to send, and include the part #, my address, and quantity in the message of the money transfer. This was a very unorthodox way to order any product, especially replacement products, it opened the door for many mistakes to be made. After receiving the replacement Sisals that I ordered, I noticed the color I received wasn't the same as the Cat Tree I have. I received Black Sisals for my Gray Cat Tree, it was a huge difference and I was left unhappy. After expressing my frustration to *********, she told me they won't accept returns due to high shipping costs. I then offered to pay for ANY & ALL return shipping costs/fees, and I even offered to process a separate transaction for the new Sisals to keep things simple. ********* then proceeded to ignore my offer to pay for any and all return shipping, and instead she insisted I pay more money for the correct color instead. I proceeded to ask for ********** supervisor or to speak with anyone who could help me return the wrong colored Sisals they originally sent, but she continued to ignore me and just wanted me to pay more money. I will never be purchasing any products from this company again, and I will be sure to write reviews across all platforms to express my distaste for them and their support. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM GOPETCLUB!!
